The consultation fee is waived when you proceed with a staging project exceeding $1,000 + HST.

Fluffing and styling the existing furnishings with accessories. Furniture is not included.

Vacant home
Vacant Staging
From $2,200 + HST
Starting rate for staging a vacant property. The final quote reflects the home and rooms selected.
Staging includes a 30-day term. A 60-day term is available on some projects; confirm the term in your written quote.

Design support by the hour.
Interior Design — Hourly
$125 / hour + HST
Hourly design and decorating services. Larger projects can be quoted separately; renderings and specialty deliverables may have additional fees.
Showroom Bookings
$145 / hour + HST
Book the Eleganterior showroom for your gathering, meeting or photoshoot.
Two-hour booking: $250 + HST. Availability and any styling options are confirmed with your inquiry.
